In no event shall Cole’s Tax Academy be
liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental,
special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the tax
course, regardless of the cause of action, even if Cole’s Tax Academy has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
